Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

  • Customers have the right to return or replace any purchased items within 3 days of receipt if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was received.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including original packaging, unused, and with all tags still attached, to qualify for a return.
  • Returns are accepted after verification with an unboxing video and only if the product is in its original condition. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and trustworthy exchange experience.

Non-Returnable Items

Items are not eligible for return or replacement if products have been used, or damaged by the customer.

The following are also not eligible:

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Return requests made more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Spiritual products, remedies, or personalized items (unless they arrived damaged).

Process

  1. Initiation: Contact our customer support at counselkaro@gmail.com with your order details and the issue (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  2. Approval: Await confirmation and approval from our team. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Shipping: Attach the prepaid shipping label provided to your return package and drop it off at the designated shipping center.
  4. Returns: Items are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  5. Refund: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
